BCV Points Rent/Transfer or any other DVC resort

I have over 220 current BCV points willing to transfer for $12 per point. Feb 2011 use year.
I have over 280 BCV points but, I can make reservations anywhere. If you are looking to stay at BCV I can make reservation before others since I own BCV. Hi! I have successfully rented points several times over the past several years for my family. I am looking for Animal Kingdom for 10/1/11-10/6/11- it should be 48 points for a studio. These are for my best friend, her husband and 3 1/2 yr old daughter. It will be their first trip to WDW. If you could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
