We are staying at our home resort AKL, but we always do a split stay and would like to try a dvc that we have not stayed at which is BCV and WLV. Which would you choose?
There will be 4 of us.. 2 adults a 12 yr old girl and a 9 yr old boy.

Also, would we even have a chance of booking one of these at the 7 month window for a studio in June of 2013?

Availability will be the deciding factor. You will have plenty of time to stay at all of the resorts during your ownership.

BCV shares with BC & YC that wonderful pool - but unless your kids are good swimmers would avoid it.

so vwl. now if they are good swimmers go for BCV.

Availability will probably decide for you, as was mentioned.

If it were me, I'd try for BCV first just because of Stormalong Bay. Other than that, they are both equal in my mind.

If you and your kids like to swim, then BCV is the place to be. I love swimming and the pool is great. If you're going to Epcot, BCV is very convenient too, but if you're going to the MK then you can catch a boat from WLV.

Both resorts are great in their own way. Check out the pictures for each. Allears.net is great for pictures.

I'd vote for splitting AKL with BCV. I've done split stays between those two resorts several times, partly because they make such an excellent pair. I do Epcot and DHS while at BCV, and AK and MK from AKV.

My guess? June at exactly 7 months out would be possible.

One of the nice things about BCV is that you can go to the fireworks at Epcot with so little effort - leave your room 15 mins before the show and be back 10 mins after the show
