I'm torn between booking a BCV studio or just a room at the BC.
It would be me and my 3 teenagers.
BCVstudio is 356 sq ft.
BC standard room is 400 sq ft.
Which room would you pick and for what reasons?

definitely the room.

the studio has a queen bed and a double sleeper sofa - that is all.

a room has 2 queen beds and a day bed.

lots more bed room for 3 teens.

own DVC and love it - but in your case a studio would not work. Now if you are talking 2-bedroom - then great go with bcv.

but even a 1-bedroom - king in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom.

would not have enough room.

I would get a standard room at the Beach Club because you will have two queen size beds and you can request a room with a day bed. This way you could sleep by yourself, one kid could be in the day bed and two would have to sleep together.

In a studio, you would get one queen and one double with the double bed being a pull out couch, everyone would be sleeping with someone with this configuration. I also think their is more storage space in the standard room.

The only thing you won't have in a standard room is a microwave. IMO, not enough of a reason.

Book the standard room, jmo.

You are right.
Thanks for helping me decide. I flip-flopped so many times.
I booked us back into a std room.
I'm happy now :goodvibes

Good move with three teens!:thumbsup2

But I wanted to warn you that unless there is a new type of daybed in BC rooms, only a smallish teen will be comfortable on it IMO. But still, you will have two queens.

We also have 3 teens. Bring a twin aero bed in a duffle. We do this every trip, you'll be glad you did.

Already planned to bring the aerobed.
We take it on every trip because I have DD15 DS19 DS21.
We need 3 beds minimum.
