BCV or resale purchase?

It is time for us to add points. the qustion I have of you great pepole is wheather we should buy at new BCV or add pts to our OKW ownership by buying from a reseller?

Depending how many points you are looking to add-on, If you want the 11 month window (for peak times) at BCV's you may want to buy at the BCV's then. If you do that, you should be able to get your same use yr.
If you don't need the 11 month window at BCV's, I would add on through re-sale at OKW. You would still be able to get ressies at BCV's at the 7 month window. Re-sale should be a little cheaper than BCV's $75 pt. The only problem is trying to find your use-yr for an OKW re-sale. It doesn't have to be your same use yr....but it makes it easier for banking and borrowing
We are going to add-on 1 more time , and we are going to add on at OKW also, through re-sale also. We are currently on a waiting list at DVC (Sept use yr) also, since Jan . We are currently 3rd on the list through DVC, but if we find a good re-sale, we will go that route.

I agree it depends on how many points you are going to add on. If it is a small amount of points, it will be much easier to just add on at your exsiting resort. If you are rebuying a resale of 150 pts or more and would have a seperate contract it is just like having 2 bank accounts to keep track of.
