BCV or OKW?

We have taken our last two trips to BCV for the pool and location. Love it! On our last trip we had to get a car for a few days and we found that it really makes life easy to have a car. Very fast to even DHS which surprised us.

So for our next trip do we go for the pool at BCV and location in a studio or get the 1 br at OKW and be able to make meals. At both locations we would use our car for transportation to the parks. Of course not Epcot if BCV.

You will have a lot more room with a 1bd at OKW,and the kitchen which you mentioned, but you don't get the SAB pool. I think OKW is a very relaxing resort and their pool is very nice. It really depends on what you want most, both resorts are nice. If you like the pool how about a 1 bd at BCV, maybe a day less if the points are a factor.

In my opinion, have a car at Old Key West is the most convenient of any of the DVC resorts. You can usually find a parking spot right outside of your villa.

You have to weigh your options and choose what is best for you and your family. The good thing is, you cannot go wrong with either choice.

I would absolutely go for the 1 bedroom at OKW. You didn't mention what size villa you stayed in at BCV but I'm assuming it was a studio. You will love the space in the 1 bedroom and they are even larger at OKW.
