Will the BC being showing movies on the beach during President's week or only when it is warm out? If they are, where can I find the schedule? Thanks!

They had the movies in December and it wasn't warm! I think the schedule comes out for the month. I would call to see what they are!

I think the website where the schedule is posted is called
www.buildabettermousetrip.com
Hopefully someone else can verify or correct the name of the website. Yhe movies have been shown all year round in the past. I remember several times heading out there with my hot chocolate and a blanket.

We just returned a week ago. While we were at OKW we dined at BC often. Since the "ship" is under construction the MOTB is not on the beach. Everytime we passed it they had the screen set up on the lawn near the volley-ball court. They had a tarp on the grass for folks to sit on. It is really cold at night and we commented how cold that would be to sit on the ground. Since BLT uses chairs for their guest, we couldn't understand why they didn't offer the same for the the BCV guest. Maybe if the ship construction is done it will move back to the beach.

Interesting to know that's where they've moved it, at least temporarily. When I was there and it rained a lot, they'd hold the movies in the Solarium on that big TV. I'll bet those people in the cold would have prefered to be in the warm Solarium.

I agree. I think it's because there was a power box near by. It was too cold to sit out there, yet folks were there. They probably brought the blankets from their rooms!

Thanks. The hot chocolate is a good idea. When we used to drive we used to always bring nice warm blankets form home for when we sat on the beach to watch movies or the water parade at other hotels. We are flying this year so I guess we will have to use the balncket in the room.

Truthfully, one night I brought a couple of big towels. Also, I didn't know beforehand that hot chocolate is an option for your refillable mug if you have one.
