BCV - Mattresses

Any news on the new mattresses at BCV? I'm hopeing that they will be there by the end of Sept for my vacation!

As of mid-July - same crummy mattress on the pull-out

we just gotwed. and we were in room 470 bcv, the bed bottom was broke, the mattress was hard, lumpy, caved in on one side. i called several times the second day of our stay, several times the third day and on the fourth day on our check out day, mainenance finally came. i told them it was to late and they needed to wait until we checked out. the pull out couch was just as horriable. this past christmas we had to have the couch changed out because no one could get it opened that took 2 hours and finally by 11:30 pm we had a working pull out couch but the same crappy mattress.

i am so tired of the horriable beds & couches, They need new asap !
