Looking to switch resorts in Jan. Hoping to go from KV to BCV Jan 3-6 in a studio. If not my second choice would be the VWL then BWV will call on day 1.

I don't see why not, call them June 3.

Anything is possible, but if you call right at 7 months, I think your chances are good to get at least one of those 3 resorts.
