Well, after long discussions and wondering what we were going to do for a summer vacation, the wife and I are taking our 10 yr old son on a 4 day cruise in August. We will start the trip with a two night stay at BCV in a studio. We had reservations at the Disney campground and Myrtle Beach. We needed a trip filled with true relaxation. We are making it a surprise for our son. I can't wait to pop the news to him when we're on our way.
Has anyone gone on a cruise in August? What's the weather like. What are the chances of getting consumed by a hurricane!!??
We're looking forward to getting a peak at BCV. We'll probably just take it easy and swim at SAB. I'll have to go to Japan for sushi and France for some ice cream, though!
Any tips will be welcome!
