when i asked that they change that,
they told every one that i was confused and unable to make decisions for myself.
Wait, what? What did having a CC taken off have to do with confusion? Who did they tell? What on earth?
I had this happen and my mom was the lead guest and she's not a member. I bet it happens again because I'll be adding her to our exisiting ressie. It gets rearranged in alpha order I think.
It's not alpha unless it's reverse. My last name starts with B, DS's is B-W, and everyone else we travel with is later in the alphabet than B. And I'm almost always bumped down in the order (to the point of not being on the list at OKW's gate on our very first
DVC WDW trip...this was in 2010 BEFORE mydisneyexpeirence). And DS was once listed in varying spellings THREE times. (giving us, on paper, 10 people in the 2 bedroom OKW, which wasn't a problem, weirdly, for the system)
Luckily I now work in the resorts and I can see when this is happening to my reservation.
Get it fixed for us all! Make sure the higher-ups know about it! Please?
Yes. This is awful. Now, my sisters family is the bane on our upcoming reservation even though we arrive first and are the members. It will create a problem at checkin. Tried to fix and MS said they can't.
It won't be a problem at checkin. Maybe getting into the gate, but if you're on DME that's not an issue. At checkin just run through the names, and if all else fails just have the reservation number with you.
It's an *annoyance*, and something that shouldn't be happening, but it's not a *problem*, especially if you have all info with you.
