BCV for mid July? Is it possible to get with discount?

I would be looking at dates 7/15-19 if staying there and would love to! Possible one of those codes would work for the BCV at this time? Anyone have any insight into this with the villas?

They haven't received any discounts for the BC Villas yet.

I was offered BCV with the summer saver rate (can get the code off mousesavers or the Disney site). It was $100 a night off.
