BCV for Food and Wine at 7 Month Window!!!

Wow, I can't believe it! I secured a 2 bedroom unit at the BCV for Oct 24-28th, calling right at the 7 month window. I had heard that, even at the 7 month window, you were almost guaranteed to be on the waitlist, but MS said that they had quite a bit of availability at BWV, and a decent amount at BCV. All types of rooms (with the exception of BWV standard and grand villas) were available. The week before, however, was already booked so if you want 'em, call quickly!!

Don't hurt yourself crawling back to BCV from the food and wine festival, be careful not to fall into any pools or the lake at world-showcase. Sounds like fun. Two bedrooms are usually the least popular to rent for some reason. There are usually some of those around DVC somewhere at most times. Have fun.

This doesn't surprise me too much. I got a 2 BR at BCV for F &WF last year at the 7 month window too. In fact, I have always been able to get a room right at 7 months. Just blessed, I guess.

That's good news! This is my first year as a DVC member and, while my home resort of OKW will be my usual pick, I'm happy to find that BWV and BCV are attainable during F&WF. Also, not only were there 2 bedrooms available, but 1 bedrooms and studios as well.

They do seem to be booking up quickly, however, as the week before was completely booked at both BWV and BCV.
