BCV Floor Requests

I was recently told by DVC MS that you can no longer request "upper floor". They can only list "top floor" or first floor. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Annmarie

I just booked an October stay at OKW and one of my requests was upper floor---the CM took the information and read it back to me without comment. So I assume that it was noted as such.

Yes, actually it's happened to me several times. And I just looked at my most recent confirmation at BCV, where I requested "upper floor" (I thought) and it says "request top floor". But I don't think it's unique to BCV. We recently made reservations at OKW, where I also requested upper floor, and that reservation paper says "request top floor". I just figured they only had a button for "top floor" request, not "upper floor". BTW, with all these "top floor" requests, I've never gotten top floor at BCV, only 3rd or 4th.
