BCV dues

I haven't noticed any mention of the 2003 BCV dues reduction. It amounts to about a thirty percent reduction for me. Perhaps it has something to do with when I bought (August). Was there a reduction, or was I just paying back dues for a few months?

BCV dues went from $3.77 to $3.97, an increase not a decrease. However, DVC estimates the real estate taxes each year and then deducts any overpayment from your actual dues bill (2002 overpayment is deducted from the 2003 bill). This may be the reason why you are actually paying less per month.
