BCV Construction Notice Letter - January Trip

i just received a letter from BCV about the potential for construction noise during my trip in late January. Have any of you guys stayed a a resort when it's being refurbished? The letter says 9-5 as the 'peak' construction time; has that proven to be mostly true in past resort refurbs? Not super stressed about it at this point, but if they start the racket at 6 or 7am, we are going to have a problem lol
