BCV,Cold Food,Check-in?

Since they refrigerated my cold food at the All-Stars when my room wasn't ready, I am assuming that BCV will do that too. We have the car service making a grocery stop on the way to the BCV, and if the room isn't ready, I want the milk and few other perishables I plan on buying to stay cold.
