BCV check in question

Do we go to Beach Club Resort Lobby to check in for the villas - or straight to the villas?

Do you ever get an early check in (before 4PM?)

You checkin at the main BC lobby. The villa checkin desk is not longer in operation.

Way back when they still had smoking optional rooms, I checked our family into BCV about 6:30AM (left the rest of them sleeping at AKL). The room we were supposed to get wasn't ready, but they did have one ready on the fourth floor. So I took it. It was smoking optional, but didn't smell any smoke in the room and it was great. I took a few things up to the room, then went back to AKL and got the rest of the family up and dressed.

In 2007, we checked in about 1PM and our room was ready. We had made zero requests (just non-smoking and they had discontinued smoking rooms a few weeks earlier).

If your room is ready, they will let you go there. If it is not, they will give you keys, but they won't tell you what your room number is. They give you a phone number to call. You call the number and they will give the room number after it is ready for you.

Early Checkin? In my dreams. We are from the West Coast and are lucky to checkin by 11 pm!!!!

We arrived the day before and stayed at POR (room only) during our June trip. The next morning, we checked into BCV before 7 am so we could get our park tickets and make it to our 8:05 am CRT breakfast. That wasn't a problem, but the CM told us that there was a room available right then, but that it didn't meet any of our requests. We could have that room or wait for the one that was assigned to us. The only clue she would give us about our room was that it meant everyone of our requests. Of course, we waited for that room and it was worth the wait! I received a call around 1:30 pm with our room # and that our room was ready! Great experience.
