Hello, we stayed in room 4012 2 br at the end of the hall overlooking courtyard from 6/3-6/11 and then extended our stay for 2 more nights in a 1 br at BWV with a view of tower of terror.

Both rooms were lovely and the change in resorts was welcomed. The only not so great part of the trip was when BC lost our luggage in transfer and no one appeared too anxious to look for it. Eventually it did show up and all was rectified. We have had luggage transferred before and it has worked fine.

The air conditioning was cold!! We had 3 balconies. Our requests were not met for epcot view but walk to stormalong bay was not bad and we were very close to quiet pool which was soo nice.

It was extremely hot with scattered showers daily but overall weather was nice and we swam a lot. My oldest (7) was actually overewhelmed a bit by SB but after a few days, and all of us learning our way around, it was way cool!! Both slides are fun. And the sandy bottom was great. I thought it was so neat how everyone just kind of sits in the sand and hangs out.

We ate out a lot and we enjoyed B & C for lunch a couple of times. We did Hoop De Doo, which our kids love. They also loved the Japenese Res in Epcot.

We rented a car (Alamo) .

We have PAP's and since we are fortunate to be able to go 3 times this year I think it was worthwhile but I doubt we will do that route again. The kids and us enjoy the resorts themselves so much there is no burning desire to go to a park every day.

We never made it to an early entry for MK. I am curious if this is worthwhile? Any one try this??

BCV are beautiful. Disney resorts are great. We especially loved the drawing room which we would frequent in the afternoon. The kids relaxed and even though we had a 2 br they enjoyed watching tv here and I could read. I would love to get a few small chairs like those, the kids love them.

I tried to touch on a few aspects of our trip. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. We had a magical time!!;)

Sounds like you had a really nice time! Thanks for the great trip report. :D

Sorry for the slightly OT, but the opening postrer did ask.

We think MK is the one you need to do EE. It's so worth it to get on so many rides with little to no wait. The other parks there are so few other things open we don't view it as worth getting up early.

I think we will do Epcot EE once M:S opens as I fully expect that to be part of an Epcot EE day.

We are (finally!) getting ready to buy, but are VERY torn between BCV and BWV. Kids are grown, but will probably vacation with grandkids (2, 5, & 6) from time to time. What did you see as the major differences between these two resorts? Thanks!
