Hi!
Are all of the balconies full-sized, or are some of them "Standing Room Only" like at the Beach Club? Thanks!

All the balconies or patios will accommodate at least 2 chairs and a small side table. Some of the balconies are larger. If you look at an exterior pic you should get an idea.

All except one, and this ONE will not hold any tables or chairs.

room 4533 at VWL studio ( I think this is the right number):cool1:

it has no balcony

Yes, there is that one studio at VWL. I was just answering for BCV (in the OP's title). Other then that one room, it is true for all resorts to have at least one balcony.

Some of the balconies at BCV stretch from the living room to the bedroom (so you get a longer balcony - but still the same depth). Some balconies are only located off the living room. If you get a lock off two bedroom, you will get two balconies for sure (because both the one bedroom and studio will have a separate balcony).

And there are some balconies at BCV that are wedge shaped balconies located where the building bends. We had one of those when we stayed in a studio once, but we only had a third of the wedge. One third went to the adjacent villa and one third was blocked off (no guests had access).

Boy I would be extremely upset and NOT ACCEPT the WLV w/o a balcony for sure.

Anyway....I was lucky enough at BCV to have 2 balconies.....1 off the bedroom and another off the livingroom....not connected.
This was at the eeeend of the hall, I had a view of the epcot ball.

Thanks for the post. That makes me happy. :) I've been reading conflicting posts about the balconies at BCV. We always stay at SSR and their balconies are very roomy. Wasn't looking forward to a standing room only balcony at all. We usually have our morning coffee out there before our journey into the parks.

I think a lot has to do with the view and maybe the feeling of more room. We have stayed and YC and looked out over the pool and stayed at BCV and looked out over the road. We loved the YC pool view looking towards the lighthouse and Boardwalk. We spent more time out on that balcony and really enjoyed the Epcot fireworks. Magical. :goodvibes

Not all rooms have the 2 balconies....but they don't have any of the tiny ones that the Beach Club (hotel) has.
Happy planning.:)

Oh, my! That is SO funny. With those stats, I won't disclose how much time I spend planning our vacations. :rolleyes1 Boy, do I ever have fun doing it, though!!!

How's this for a BCV balcony:cool1:
BCVBalcony.jpg

We paced this off at ~60 feet! And, it opened up on one end. I'm not positive of the room number, but for some reason 231 pops to mind.

El Nebuloso,

How dare you post that photo and not be sure of the room number???:p
Of course everyone is going to want THAT room!
What kind of doors opened out to that? Were you in a 2 bedroom?

Ditto what Brenie said!

The nerve of some people. Don't they know how important info like that is? :rotfl:

BTW, looks like there will be no school in Providence on Wednesday. We're expecting 2 inches of snow.
