My use year begins in Feb.06, I have 200 points available for rent at $11.00/point. My 11 month booking window is a 2 bedroom (dedicated queen at BCV: which means quaranteed for 2 queen beds in second bedroom or can request 1 queen bed and 1 queen pull-out sofabed in second bedroom) at BCV. I can book anyother resort using the 7 month window. Payment is due infull upon confirmation number with DVC. Certified check, money order or PayPal are all accepted.
I have rented before and the family was extremely satisfied, references upon request.
