BCV 1 Bedroom "Lock-off"

Hello! I had a question about the 1 bedroom villa and can't seem to find any info on the subject ! I noticed that some 1 bedroom villas are lock-offs and I was confused. Does that mean it's a studio and another bedroom? I'm just having trouble picturing a lock off, after seeing what the "Dedicated" layouts look like. Thanks in advance!

a lockoff means there is a 2BR that is made up of a 1BR plus a studio. there are 2 exits - 1 from the 1BR and 1 from the studio. the 2BR can be booked as a 2BR or the door between the 1BR and studio can be "locked off" and the 1BR and studio can be booked separately by DVC.

a dedicated 2BR can only be booked as a 2BR and only has 1 exit.

you can't lockoff a 1BR any further though, if that's what you mean...
