BCV 1 bedroom already full for Oct for 1 night?

today is my 7 month window to change. we are at Bay Lake Tower for 6 nights, then SSR for the last 3. I wanted to change to Beach Club 1 bedroom for the last 4 nights of our stay-yes i know its F&W season, but the first night at bcv is not available, and that is a thursday night. the last 3, fri, sat, sun are, but we have to wait until tomorrow to book that. I just think it strange that bcv on a thursday is full, but i was able to modify and extend blt to stay a total of 6 nights there. They said boardwalk is avail, but we love bcv. guess ill call tomorrow and book the last 3 nights and waitlist the 1st night at bcv.

It is the Food & Wine at EPCOT and I don't think BCV is that big.

There have been posts where members wait listed for BCV at 7 months for October and it never came through. October is a popular time.

One bedrooms are the hardest to get at BCV. Many people book Sun-Thurs so that is why Thurs is already unavailable.

Hi Missy, Looks like we will be on the same cruise. We are also in orange County, New York and have planned to stay at Bay Lake 10/30-11/4 and then head out on the 3 night Wonder cruise. Is this the cruise you are going on?

I think we are too. We are booked at BLT 10/31-11/4 and leave for the 3 day cruise (part free from DVC incentive). I booked my BLT 2 bedroom at the 11 month window (standard, dedicated). We are looking to stay a few additional days after the cruise (11/7-12, but not the whole group). I've been waitlisted at the BWV for a standard studio at the 9 month window and so far nothing. There was availability for preferred view, but I want to try for the BCV at the 7 month window, so can't until 11/7.

Correct, our friends waitlisted here a couple of years ago and it never came through. They ended up staying at their home, WLV. I'm going to give it a shot, but have a backup plan.

our waitlist came through today, only 3 days after placing it. so we have blt for 5 nights and bcv for 4 nights!
