BC/YC no availability Mar/Apr 2022???

I noticed there is no availability for either resort any day I checked in Mar or Apr next year. I find this very strange as with no discounts I can't imagine that many ppl would have booked and it is indeed sold out. Anyone else run into this?

I spot-checked a few weeks (e.g., 3/27 - 4/2, 4/3 - 4/9) and I see availability at both resorts.

There is a bug I encounter quite often on the MDE website, where resorts will show zero availability. Try a different web browser and in incognito mode.

It is weird how the website works. I look at 4/3-4/9 and only see club rooms at $900+ per night, both Firefox and Chrome browsers. March 27-4/2 has rooms at each for $639/$694. Week of March 13 has nothing.

There’s a runDisney event on 4/3, which explains the lack of availability at the EPCOT resorts.

We just booked YC for one night on April 1. CM friends/family rate, and YC/BC were 2 of only 3 deluxes showing CM rate availability at the time. CM rates can be really random but typically they wouldn't be showing those rates if the resort was booked up or near booked up with public rates.

I've seen a couple of club rooms, but literally nothing else! I will try incognito as well as clearing my cookies to see if that helps. I just can't imagine the whole month of March is booked. However, I also don't understand why they would hold back rooms the whole month either! Weird!

Also make sure it's not trying to apply a discount that isn't valid for those dates. Since the discount isn't available for the dates, it will tell you that there are no rooms available. I've run into that issue several times.

Found these at YC:
March 21-26 has garden view rooms.
March 28- April 3 shows standard & water view rooms.

Disney is using an algorithm to book rooms now. Sometimes it’s just the dates you’re checking. Or which date you’re trying to check or how long you’re staying. There might be a room available for 5 nights, but if you are looking for 4 nights, it won’t show up. March is Spring break for a lot of places & Flower & Garden festival happens then, so Epcot resorts are often full. There may also be conventions booked at YC. So it isn’t unusual for those resorts to be pretty fully booked less than 6 months out.
