Hi! We currently have a BC standard view booked for July 8 -11th. I was wondering if anyone knew how much more the waterview would be, and if there is actually a was to pay for and get a lake view rather than pool. Also, is there a garden view as opposed to standard? I was going to see about upgrading on arrival, but I know that it will be crowded that week. Thanks.

The pools at BC and both next to the "lake" so its ok if you get a pool view. Unless your on the ground floor and cannot see the lake. So you should request a high floor. Most rooms at BC do not overlook much of SAB, So overlooking the quiet pool does lookout onto the lake, and BW etc.. .. .

Check out Joe cools faq of the bc and there is floor plans available there that are very helpful.

I do...I just stayed there. It would have cost me $400 more for a waterview. I stayed there this past week. I had an AP rate for the standard view. I wanted to upgrade but the difference was not worth it to me....thankfully I did not, I wass given an upgrade to waterview!!! I will post a picture of room, I am working on that right now!

Thanks for the pictures. Wish me Pixie Dust to be that lucky. I don't want to spend too awfully much for a water view. But it would be nice!

Just back Thursday. We had room 4548. It looked out towards Spaceship Earth and we could see the fireworks from our full balcony. The room was a standard view. Anything 4548 and down would give you the same view. It was nice to see the fireworks and there were plenty of trees to block a nearby road. It wasn't waterview - but it was very nice.

SouthJerseymom- Did you also have a daybed? Thanks for the advice- that view sounds just great.

We were just at BC from May 18-25. I booked a standard view and did not get an upgrade, but my view was far from standard in my opinion. We had Room 3598. It was a corner room with a king bed. We had plenty of room to set up 2 cribs. Our view from one balcony was a garden view, and the other view had tons of trees in which you could see the fireworks through them. I was not at all disappointed with our view.

There was a daybed in the room. It was a nice location. Close to the elevator - the back way to Beach Club Marketplace - and the quiet pool. We loved it. Good luck you will love the BC!
