About 18 months ago I arranged a private dinner (60th birthday party) at the Beach Club. We held the party on top of the gazebo at Stormalong Bay. Needless to say it was fantastic. I contacted the Catering and Convention Services Dept. The phone # is 407-934-1474 (it may be a direct line to the person who help me, his name is Adam).
