BC Pool Hours

Anyone know the hours for Storm Along Bay? If we have a guest visit us at the hotel, can they use the pool?

Hours vary based upon demand, but usually run either 8-10, 9-8, or 9-10. It depends on a variety of factors, but demand is a big one it seems. In so far as a guest, don't expect to get them in- the Y&B is VERY strict on the "guest only" policy, and only Y&B guests are permitted...they will check your resort ID, and will turn you away if you aren't a hotel guest. If you get them in you are lucky!!

We had friends with us and used the pool. They asked our guest for his hotel ID. When he said he was with us all we had to do was show our ID once and they were permitted.

When we were there in Sept 02 it closed at 10pm. I think some pools allow swimming after hours but no lifeguard. At Stormalong Bay it totally closes down, no one permitted to swim. When you get there you'll know why. But you can use the quiet pools and our room was right beside one so we lucked up.
