BC or BWI?

We just decided to make a reservation tonight for a spontaneous trip for Fri and Sat. We just went last month and we're going again in March - we're nuts! :D It's just DH and I. We made the reservation for BC, but BWI was the same price (both for standard). We've never stayed at either (and Epcot is our favorite). Which one do you prefer? He wants to stay at BWI, but I thought the pool would be neat at BC - but we also live in South Florida so it might be too cold for us anyway. He's not that crazy about BC because we live near the beach. Which one has less children (no offense to those with kids, we'll be there one day)? Is there a specific area to request for standard? I've walked around these resorts, but I'm not that familiar with staying at any of the Epcot resorts. I'm not sure if we'll even go the parks this time, but do you have to take the bus to MK? Will they let you talk through Epcot to get on the monorail (we have park hoppers)? Help! Thanks for any info. I'm very excited! :D :Pinkbounc

We've stayed at both and prefer BWI. Storm a long bay is great, but being right on the Boardwalk with everything there is to do is fantastic, and both my wife and I like the feel of BW more. I know there will be people who say the same thing about BC, but for us it's BW.

I've stayed at both of the resorts, and I think you'll be happy at either of them. I found the Boardwalk to be a bit more stuffy than the Beach Club. I didn't notice as many kids at the Boardwalk as I did at the Beach Club.
