BC Concierge ?

What is the current procedure for check-in for concierge at the BC?

If memory serves, when we stayed there 4 years ago, we got a key in the mail to use in the elevator to get up to the CL and check in.

Two years ago , we didn't get a key and (I think) checked in at the main desk.

and we got a key in the mail a while in advance.

One time we didn't receive a key, but the bellman called upstairs and escorted us up to the lounge.

If you had to check-in at the desk, perhaps it was a late check-in?

If you don't get your key, call IPO and they will send you one!

You get a key to go up to the concierge level to check in. How do I know this? Because yesterday I got my key for our trip in February 2005!

You got it that far ahead. Was it a separate mailing or did it come with the paperwork asking what PSs you wanted etc.? I'm going to check that paperwork tonight.

We're arriving next Friday, so I better get my act together.

When we pulled up to the resort, a bellmen came over, said Welcome to the Beach Club and asked us our name, we told them and was taken inside, by the time we got there, we were again welcomed, this time by name and taken to the concierge floor. The concierge CM was told we were coming up because we were met by name at the desk on the 5th floor.. The whole trip was like that, just great service all the way around.

If memory serves, I got the key when I got the initial package reagrding PS's etc.

I got our card when we got our initial sheet to request PS reservations.

I went back and checked the paperwork last night and I found the card.

Thanks again. Since I wasn't planning on them to make any PSs, I didn't really go through the envelope closely .

I would have never gone back to look.
