BC- 2nd Floor-Full Balconies???

I thought I read somewhere on these boards that all the rooms on the second floor of the Beach Club have full balconies. Is there an expert out there that knows the answer for sure?

I know that one of the floors does have all balconies but it may be smoking optional.
