BC 1BR Suite View?

I guess I am referring to the "type B" 1 bedroom suites with a separate king bedroom/living room. I think they all have the tiny balconies,but what about the views?? Any with views of either lake/BW or SAB??

BC suite vets-I know you're out there! Please share your experiences in a 1BR suite.They sound perfect,but I want to know if they are really worth it-no discounts,I hear.
