BBW anything actually available online for 75% off

Evreything went really fast. By the time I had my order done, most everything was sold out.

I notice that they keep adding things to their 75% sale so I guess I will just keep checking it several times a day since I notice on other message boards people are getting items but by the time I see it, it has been sold out.

I got several different baskets for 17.00,dolci glosses,xmas CD,candles and bear.It came to 68. w/S & H and taxes.

I am still waiting for my order that I placed in Decmber. fed-ex is going to ahve a big probem with me since today is the 4th day it has been on the truck. The first day it was snowing but it wasn't so bad and they claimed a weather delay, delivery attempted. NOT, I was here all day and they left nothing for me if they stopped. 2nd day it says the same thing on their site, Saturday it says weather delay no attempt, today it is on the truck and fed-ex went by my house about an hour ago. Did anyone have to sign anything for their stuff? I ahve one more day before a lost apckage claim will go in. I ahve a friend who used to work for fed-ex and knows the driver and says he is a major slacker guy. I'm thinking he will not be here today or tomorrow. I want my stuff.
If I put in a lost package claim then I get all my money back but no product! fed-ex gets to keep the product and I think that is what this guy wants. his wife will really like all the stuff I bought!! Ticks me right off! I may wait a while to file the claim and keep calling fed-ex to see what is going on! I have already started to call my local fed-ex site where it is picked up in the morning and left my name and number numerous times but have not gotten a call back yet. I'm going to be a giant PIA until my stuff is delivered to my door. If even one thing is broken, they will pay for it all.

This is weird but I got my first shipment from them via UPS and the second one from regular mail. None of my stuff was broken, thank goodness. I've been checking the site daily as well and have some stuff in my cart but am not going to check out until I can get some more to make the shipping worthwhile.

I just wish they would remove the stuff from the site that has sold out.

Agreed it's so annoying. You think hey I found something for 75% so you add it just to find out nothing is adding to your cart.

I just checked the status of my order placed in Dec. it was on the truck for delivery on Sat but I got my bears and not the rest of my order now it says the box is being returned to BBW due to damage. I have yet to get one order correct from BBW. Either it's broken or I have been shorted on the number I actually ordered or billed incorrectly. If the deals weren't so good I would have given up on them already.

It makes me wonder how much they have lost due to damaged items and refunding. For just me alone they have refund close to $150 for damaged/missing products.

I think I just got the rudest customer service person ever at BBW. I could tell right away just by her voice and I should have just hung up then but I didn't and was very polite to her during our whole conversation.

I called about my order that fedex is returning to them that was damaged in transist. Anyway she said I would have to reorder everything now and then once they get it back they will issue me a refund. Didn't apologize or anything. Ok no problem except that now everything is out of stock. I had ordered 10 of one item and the lady asked why I was ordering so many. I don't think it's any of her business but I told her at 75% off I was buying gifts for friends and family. Is 10 really too much to order of one item that was marked down to $4. (by the way it was Jasmine/Vanilla Massage Oil) So then she proceeded to tell me that it's illegal to order stuff from them to resell. What???? She is giving me the 3rd degree over ordering 10 items??? I am sure there are lots of people ordering gobs of stuff just to resell on ebay. I saw several posts regarding the bears that people were going to resell on ebay what's wrong with that??? Good for them!!

Also I asked how it could be out of stock when this is a normal thing they carry in the stores not a special holiday/seasonal item. She told me that she had no idea where they get there stuff from. I think somebody needs some more training on customer service. At that point I asked nicely to speak to a manager and of couse nobody answered and I got disconnected. I think I have just about had it now with BBW and all their problems.

Oh yeah and then when I told her my damaged package was schedule to be delivered on Sat she said that wasn't true as they don't deliver on Sat ummm that's not right because the bear I ordered from them was delivered this past Sat. But gee I must have been imagining that. LOL

they betetr do better than refund me my money. I missed out on some good in store sales becasue I had already spent that money with them. I want my money plus something for my time and anything that I missed. Isn't my fault that fed-ex is screwing up and that they let me order stuff they are out fo stock of.

Wow, what horror stories. I guess I'm lucky. I saw the post on the disboards at 6:45AM the morning of 12/28 and had everything in my cart within 15 minutes. I ordered 6 handbags and 11 baskets all for 75% off each ($5-$6 each). I got my order by Fedex last week in perfect order in a very timely fashion.
