BBQs R US!

Ive decided that Im naming MARK as BBQ King after a truly fab BBQ housewarming yesterday

We had 50 people, including a few dodgy DIS characters, drinking beer from 12 noon til 10.30 last night (please note the Stringers were one of the first to arrive, and the last to leave!!) and Mark mustve cooked a couple of pigs and a whole cow in that time!

Wonderful weather, good food, bucketfuls of beer and great friends....what more could you want for a sunny Bank Holiday House warming?? :thewave:

For those came, drank, brought gifts, food etc (and a special mention for the Stringers who provided some scrummy desserts)....a massive THANK YOU.....we'll definately be having another one!

Just wanted to say a big thank you from all us "stay all day" Stringers.

What a fantastic barbecue, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it was great meeting up with old friends and meeting new ones. Well done to you both for being brave enough to invite so many people and to Mark who endured sunburn in his quest to become "Barbecue King"

What a fab house and garden you have - we're sure you'll all be very happy there.

Once again many thanks for making our bank holiday weekend such fun.

Hope to see you in Tetbury in a couple of weeks.

Sounds like the Stringers were in a "first to arrive and last to leave" shock, who'd have thought it!!

Hope you're coiming to the SW meet, will be good to see you, I'll even try to bring some Margharitas (for emergencies only ofcourse - it can be a long trek between venues in the Metropolis that is Tetbury)
