I loved the BBQ pork sandwich that they used to have in the food court area in The Land... can anyone tell me if the BBQ sandwich that they have now at Cosmic Ray's in the MK or at the Liberty Inn in EPCOT are as good as the one in The Land used to be. We are leaving in 3 days and I was really looking forward to my favorite BBQ sandwich. Thanks! :sunny:

We had the BBQ sandwich at Pecos Bills in Frontierland and it was very good. Too much food for lunch!!! Had a hard time picking that w/ the huge fixins bar - thought I really should get a burger -- so we went back the next day for a burger!! yummy!!!

We have found the BBQ sandwich at Flame Tree BBQ to be good. It's in the AK.

Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge has a great BBQ pork sandwich, see? :teeth:

The Kona Cafe also has an excellent BBQ pork sandwich! :sunny:

I like the bbq sandwich in Captain Cook's at Poly.

Another vote for Flame Tree at AK. It was tender, juicy but not sloppy. Just great!

Yet another vote for Flame Tree. Very good sandwich - loved the BBQ sauce and being able to add as much as we wanted. ::MinnieMo

Flame Tree's is just bad :( We had a better bbq pork sandwich at Typhoon Lagoon, and that's not saying much. We've given Flame Tree a few tries now, and each time is worse than the last. The ribs, pork sandwich, salad, onion rings, all bad.

The one at Kona is excellent, though. We have some wonderful real bbq places around Orlando as well, I always suggest Bubbalou's. There's one on Kirkman and they're building another closer to Disney.

Another vote for the BBQ sandwich at Kona. It is excellent. It is also huge! :earseek:

I have had the one at Flame Tree and the one at Peco's Bill. I liked the Flame Tree BBQ better. However I didnt like the beans that came with the sandwhich it was very VERY molassess filled. DH loved them, so he had two helpings.. yah.. not the greatest idea a few hours later in line for something. :earseek:

SeaSpray, is that the same pulled pork that they have on the all you can eat skillet? I was planing on getting the skillet when we go to WCC. Has anyone tried the bbq sandwich at Cosmic Ray's? Thanks! :sunny:

We've gotten them at Flame Tree several times and have never been disappointed.

I really liked the one at The Land. Had Pecos Bill's on our last trip & thought it was very good. ESPN is a short walk from Epcot & has a pretty good one.

I never had pork bbq at the land, but on my last trip I did have one at the america counter service place at Epcot. It was just ok. Way too much meat in it. Couldn't finish it- too bbq tasting.
