BBQ grills at SSR

Can anyone tell me where they are located? And how much charcoal they hold? I'm assuming a little bag will do? Are there tongs or a big fork in the villas or should I bring from home? Thanks!

I have seen them in the area by the quiet pool in Congress Park. A small bag should be fine...they are the kind where there is a fire box on top of a pole w/a heavy grate on top. I don't recall seeing any tongs/big fork. Also, don't forget the reynolds wrap to cover the grill...that is definately exposed to the elements...and lizards...and birds.

Anyway, happy grillin'....it is a great view there and there is also a playground.

I just saw one yesterday morning by the Paddock's pool. There were a couple of picnic tables with the barbeque grill. I heard you can get tongs, etc from the Carriage House.

There is also one in the Grandsatnd section next to the pool area. It is outside of the pool, at the end where the splash area/water sprayers are and under it's own little pavillion.

We grilled out at SSR in January, we were staying in the Congress Park section and there is a grill area near the pool and playground.
Artists Palaette sells bags of charcoal for around $5, it was a smaller bag, but plenty.
You can check-out tongs/tools from Horsin' Around, near the main pool.
The grill is a good size-I have a picture in my Photobucket account that I can post for you later tonight.
There is also a large size plate in the 1/2 bedroom kitchens on the top shelf that works great to transport the food if necessary.

I do believe that was the entire bag of charcoal - but it was plenty.

One thing I cannot recall is matches. I have no idea where we got matches....DH was cookin' I was busy taking in the beautiful view. Matches are not in the BBQ tools bag, and neither is a can opener!
