This is more of a stressing out loud post than questions LOL We did Bibbidi Bobbidi for our twin girls when they were 7, they are now 25...Downtown Disney had a boutique at that time. We are taking a whole family trip in a couple of months and crossing fingers that I can get a BBB reservations for our Granddaughters. My res window opens up in less than 2 weeks and if I can't get this reservation, it will put a huge damper on the trip. I will be up at 5 am ready to go (CST) and hope for the best. I have alternative park day plans if I can't get my first choice but everything hinges on this. I have been reading just how difficult it is to snag this and I am so sorry that I mentioned this to my girls because if I can't get it, well, I know there people out there who will understand this! Can anyone give me any solace, that maybe these aren't as difficult to get as I have read??

Maybe check with the Ear For Each Other site? As a backup plan -- if you are staying at a nearby hotel I believe you can arrange to have them come to you and do everyone up for their big day. I've not done this personally, so hopefully, someone can give you more info! https://www.facebook.com/groups/earforeachother/

First of all, yes the reservations open at midnight of your 60 days out. Our 60 day window was last week. The whole week prior I was checking BBB to see how reservations were going so we might know what to expect and was very concerned as there were no reservations at all available for the 2 weeks leading up to our 60 day window. My DIL logged on at midnight and there were several times available. The problem was she is doing a split stay and the date she wanted for BBB was during their 2nd resort stay so that date wasn't open for them until 60 days prior to their 2nd resort. My husband and I aren't doing split stay so the date wanted was open for me to get for her but I didn't know until 6 am that she'd had the issue. So I logged on for her at 6 am and again several slots were open. I'm not sure if it just wouldn't show us anything until our 60 days actually hit or what. I don't believe you will have any issues if you try at midnight of your window.

Yes, definitely at midnight. I was able to get 4 reservations and got the times I wanted. The max I could get on 1 reservation was 3. so I broke it down 2 and 2.

Does Downtown Disney not have its BBB anymore? That would be a shame because we took our DGDs to both that location and then two years later we took them to the one at MK by CRT. Everyone agreed that they liked the Downtown Disney one much better because the fairy godmothers there were much nicer (not that the ones in the MK weren't nice-they were, but DTD were nicer).

No Downtown never reopened nor did the Ivy Trellis, which became a 3rd BBB. If you look at my avatar, the girls did their at the Ivy Trellis and we thoroughly loved the experience. After we finished we had dinner at 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella and the Prince. Not sure if they still do it but several days a week the Prince and Cinderella would come down the stairs, do a waltz then proceed into the dining room. We did the BBB at MK last year and went into the castle for breakfast right after.

No, the Disney Springs location has not re-opened and there is no indication that it will.

I booked one at midnight for our granddaughter and had my pick of times for the day we wanted. Get on at 11 and you should be ok. Just have a possible backup day in case it’s needed

So MK is the only game (BBB) in town now. And I know how important it is to get something for Granddaughters. Good luck to you!

Tomorrow night at 11 pm CST, I will be attempting to make a reservation for BBB. Will all of the dates of my trip open up for me to search that entire week?

!Were you able to get the BBB you wanted?
Yes, thank you for asking! I wasn't able to get the day I originally wanted, but I just made a switch in parks and got the time that I wanted, followed by the Castle lunch so it worked out! I will say everyday was booked on the front end of our week, but I was prepared for that. My Granddaughters are very excited...

And I bet Grandma will enjoy it almost as much (or more?)
