WE want to take my daughter to the BBB on her birthday. Do most people do this in the morning? I am a get-to-the-parks-at-opening kind of gal. Doing the BBB first thing in the morning looks like it will delay us until the park is busy. So we would miss getting in a lot of rides early. But I want her to be able to be dressed up all day.

Anyone have any experience with this? When did you work in the BBB experience? We want to do this on her birthday which is a sunday. Seems like that is usually a busy day in the parks.

How long does the boutique take. I know it depends on the package but I am curious what your experience was.

Thanks for the help!!!

I haven't done it so I can't comment there, others will, but -

If you want her to be dressed up all day AND want to be at the Park at Park opening, I don't think both of these can happen. Maybe enjoy the morning running around doing as much as you can, then have her appointment and let her be a princess the rest of the afternoon and evening?

Just a suggestion,

It took us about an hour. That was 3 makeovers and the photos after.

Thanks for the replies. 1 hour is not bad at all.

Good idea Dreams. I think we will book BBB at 11 and then go for lunch at Ariel's grotto. That way we don't lose morning park time.

We went at around 10am for 2 makeovers after doing our early morning rides. It took around 45 minutes including pictures. We enjoyed the park for the day and then had an early dinner at Ariel's. I had two VERY happy girls that day. :)

For my DD's DLR BBB visit (she's also been to the WDW MK BBB) her appt. was after our MM, we rode plenty of rides then stopped by the boutique for her transformation, after that we had a late breakfast @ Minnie's. I'll probably do the same for her B~day trip, visit after our MM, maybe we'll have lunch or dinner @ Ariel's that day.... you know what ~ she had more fun @ the Pirate League @ WDW, hopefully that'll be @ DLR someday.
