I assume you mean the Better Business Bureau - and yeah, they do. It's bbb.org. I'd be cautious, though, by putting too much faith in their information. You'll probably find a lot better information on discussion forums such as this. Many of us have had negative interactions with hotels / restaurants / airlines that have led us to never use that entity again - but still didn't feed that back to the bbb. Call it lazyness or indifference, but it's easier to post a complaint here than fill out bbb paperwork.

Yeah - I got that site too. It's actually linked through Disney's own website. Not sure if they run it or what???
