BBB Reservation before park opening

I have an 8:30 AM reservation at the MK location on a day when the park is opening at 9 AM. They asked that we get there 15 prior to the appointment, so 8:15. What time will they let us enter the park? We are staying at CBR. What time do buses start running and how much time should we allocate for travel by bus with an individual with an ECV?
