BBB MK Online Reservation

Hello All! Has anyone had any success in booking a BBB MK appointment online using the new reservation link? I have tried consistently for the past 3 days to book an early June appointment and had issues every single time. I recognize it is a popular attraction that should be booked many months in advance but there seem to be issues with the site.

On 3 separate occasions over the past 3 days I have had a time pop up on a desired date and after selecting the available spot plus entering my DD4's name, last 3 of CC and checking the T&C's box it returns an error in red letters stating, "Something Went Wrong. Please try again".

Every single time I get the exact same error and it's pretty frustrating as it takes quite a bit of time to continue refreshing and checking the site.

Any insight appreciated or if it's actually working for anyone!

Yes I sure did and after 1 hour and 20 minutes received zero help.

I spoke to 4 different reps in 4 different departments only to be told... Sorry they are booked!

I was able to make a reservation for September. It shows my reservation on the website, but not the app.

The site works best in incognito mode for chrome or similar option for other browsers. I get errors a lot when trying to make reservations when I am using a regular browser page so that might be it.

I just made an appt for mid- July with no problems.
