BBB Hannah Package

DD10 did this last Wednesday. It was a total blast for her (and us ) She never wanted to do the princess dressup but when she heard about the Hannah pkg. she was gun ho for it!

I had originally orderedthe $109 package which included the pocketbook and shirt but changed my mind due to the photo session after the makeover. For 129 (20$ more) she got the whole gold/black outfit but didn't get the shirt/pocketbook. It was well worth it!! The outfit on the rack was $65.00 but it really did make the "look".

She loved all the extra attn and people calling her "Hannah". We went to the P&PP that night and she only saw one other Hannah there so she was thrilled. It will make a nice Halloween outfit this October! Any questions, feel free to ask. I would post a picture but thats hubbys job so I never learned.

Wow, thanks for the info! I was wondering if my daughter (10) would enjoy this! I was also wondering about the $$! I looked on the disney web site and couldn't find anything about Hannah, just the princess pkg. We are going in Sept. and DD had mentioned that she would like to dress up as Hannah! So, I thought this would be cool for her to do for the MNSSHP! So, if you could post a pic of her that would be great! Could please also tell me every thing you recieved for your money! Just wondering because it seems like a lot for some make up, a hair style, and an out fit! Also, did your daughter feel like she was "to old"! My DD is getting to that stage where she thinks she is to big for some things ! Thanks in advance!

Pricing......

$109 included makeup, backstage pass, Hannah shirt and Hannah guitar shaped pocketbook, TONS of bobby pins (they put your hair up really good) a net and the wig along w/ the pink microphone that loops around the ear.

$129 included makeup, backstage pass, tons of bobby pins, hairnet and the wig along w/ the outfit that includes black crapri pants, white/gold sparkly tank and a gold/sparkly jacket.

The "backstage pass" is cute and holds your makeup which Britt felt needed "touchups" all day and night

Oh yeah, you go straight to the Team Mickey store and located within the store is the "photo session" where they will take a few pics of the beauty along w/ "hannah montanna guitars" (Britt loved this) they allow you to pick 1 5x7 picture that comes w/ both packages.

My DD11 wants to do the Hannah makeover as well. Can you tell if the wig stays on pretty good? Also, did the FGIT tell you that you could get the outfit instead of the purse and shirt or how were you able to do that? My daughter would love that outfit! Do they have the tween sizes like a 12 or 14 in the Hannah clothes as well? How did the photo shoot go as well? Thank you for any help that you can give me on this!

Dh tried to put pic in my siggie and it won't work!! He says he can post to our "Britt" website but I'm not sure I want to do that. Its only for family really.

The wig does stay on really good and they use alot of bobby pins and a hairnet. She did keep asking if it was covering her brown hair but every once in a while I would just pull down the front. It did stay on really well though.

The godmother who you check in w/ for your appt will ask you what package you want. I know they have the guitar pocketbooks at Wallmart (not sure how much) had I known the small diff in price I probably would've picked that up before I left. They have them at Downtown Disney but they were really high priced (forget how much)

Britt is a 12/14 in reg clothes and she got a large costume and it fit perfectly. They also sell shoes but she had beige sneakers on so I just left those on whereas she would be at P&PP that night. The Hannah shoes don't have much support.

The photo session was great for her ...so so for us. I would've liked more props but we were able to take pics also so that saved some $$.

I tipped the Fairy Godmother (Bea) $10.00 I hope that was enough.

DH checked about posting pics and for some reason I'm not allowed per the Dis

do you think it is worth the 109? my daughter loves hannah so I made reservations but I am doubting the cost for what you actually get- I guess she will use the tshirt and guitar bag...also- how long is the makeover?

The makeover takes about 40 mins. They really bring dd into character. They talk about the "Papparazzi" etc. its really cute. I wasn't sure it was worth the $$ in the beginning, but Britt has been thru so much last 2 yrs (4 major surgeries on her vertibrae) we wanted to do something special this trip. I"M SO GLAD we did it!! It made the whole day/night totally priceless!!

Now if she wants to do it again, I will probably bring the outfit w/ us and buy her some more "kid" makeup and do a special dinner and P&PP again where she gets the "extra" attn which she loved.

If you can swing it, spend the extra 20$ for the outfit, I really felt that really brought together the whole "Hannah thing".

I really highly recommend it at least once!

I wanted to add (for SCRAPBOOK STACY) as far as the wig staying on....she was dancing ALL day and night!! and that thing NEVER flipped off.

Hopefully there will be pics soon.... CANCER SURVIVOR (Amanda) has an email w/ pics enclosed, I think she is going to try to post them (THANK YOU Amanda!!)

Stacy, there weren't many props at all (that was a little disappointing) It was a blue backround and a couple guitars which she could pose w/. That was about it. I would say maybe 8 at the photo shoot and a few at the boutique. We were able to take our own photos at both locations so that worked well. We found that Britt was more comfortable when me or DH were behind the camera. She really "hammed" it up for us.

You will get w/ each package a pink "microphone" its one that fits on your head. You should see it in one of the pictures (I hope)
If you still plan on the "outfit" package....pick up the guitar purse at Wallmart it was cute. Had I known I would change my mind I would've brought one down. They had them at World of Disney but boy were they pricey!!

Feel free to ask more questions, once you see the pictures. Keep in mind, my dd has LONG brown hair and the wig covered it really well.
