Need some opinions. How hard will it be to secure a studio there for the week after Memorial Day at 6 months out? Looking for next year.

You will find you can easily get a lake view studio at 7 months out and probably also a theme park view studio. However, waiting until six months out raises a risk of being blocked out. Once that seven month window opens, things that are still left can go fairly quickly at near park resorts. Why do you have to wait until late November rather than late Oct to reserve?

Good point. Yes, it is 7 months instead of six. So, you think 7 months out is plenty of time then?!

This year for that time period at 7 months out, you could have easily gotten lake or theme park view but not standard. Key is not to wait beyond your seven month window because large numbers are going to be trying for near park resorts as soon as their 7 month window opens.

Great! Thank you. The gentleman we rent from owns at BCV and AKL. We will probably have him book one week at AKL and a second week at BCV. Then at the 7 month window, try to switch the AKL reservation to BLT.

BLT may require more points than AKV. Will he ask for more money if you change resorts?
