Bay lake towers

I have just switched my SS reservation for BLT last week in Aug. Is the Tower being released in stages as all the other resorts have been? I assume that the main guest areas will be complete and sveral of the floors. Unfortantly we wanted a full week in the same room so we could only secure a BL view however there is always the wait list

Towers is supposed to be complete when it opens. They release and sell units (groups of rooms) for DVC in phases and thus only a portion of the rooms will actually be designated for DVC sales by then. However, as long as entire building is open, you could end up in any room regardless of whether the particular room is designated for DVC sale by then. For example, they may dedicate and sell 40% of the units (and thus rooms) by August. What that means is that DVC members get up to 40% of the use time at the resort but they can end up in any room for an actual stay.
