We are staying at BLT in August and I had a question about shipping. We stayed at AKL Kidani last year and had our luggage sent UPS directly y\to the property. We had the slips for return already printed so we just called the front desk on the last day and sent them home. I read the shipping to resort section but still have a couple of questions:

1. Even though you use the BLT address, where do they store the luggage?

2. Is there a charge to have it delivered to the room and if so how much?

3. Who would I call when it was time to send it back? Would there be a charge other then the UPS charge?

1)you are sending it to CR (not BLT) and it is stored there.

2)bell hop service - so it is a tip generally a $1 or $0.50 per bag

3)not sure = if you call bell hop again or go to concierge.
