Bay Lake Towers Grand Opening

Anyone else booked at BLT for opening day (August 4)? We have a 1BR Lake View. Really looking forward to our trip.

I would assume that we'll be able to check in early since there won't be guests staying in the hotel the prior day. Any thoughts on this?

Well I read they are doing test runs of the Bay Lake Tower rooms with Cast Members and their families, although I guess the night before it opens they won't be doing them and the rooms should be ready right away the day they open when everyone checks-in.
