Bay Lake Tower!

oh my goodness BLT is the BEST! We just checked in and it is absolutely magical, I find myself getting giddier and giddier every time i look out to our magic kingdom/ bay lake view! Has anyone stayed here? or is anyone going to? by far my favorite DVC hotel

We could have stayed their for when we go with a MKL view, but I decided to keep it with YC.

I stayed there when I went in June. It is pretty sweet...we watched the fireworks every night. I slept through it the first night but my family couldn't. Secret spot to watch the fireworks from is the walkway...they play the music from the park there. The Top of the World lounge is scary if you are afraid of heights...and the food is kind of fancy and not my taste. I like my buffalo wings if I go to a bar lol. Oh and watch out for the Turkey Vultures when your up there...they are like typical Disney animals and not afraid to come near you. One flew by my head about 5 feet away and I screamed like a little girl...lol

I stayed there last August, a few weeks after it opened. Our room was supposed to be on the 6th floor, but during our check-in we had some problems and we ended up being upgraded to the 16th floor! It was amazing! We had a lake view, so a couple nights we would watch Illuminations from our balcony then walk a little ways to the Top of the World Lounge and watch Wishes. The rooms there are soo nice. I still have a picture of mickey that was hanging in our room as my phone background.

yeah they are kind of cool...they usually sit on the fence around the tennis courts but when they get too hot they go into that spray thing in the little lake behind the courts...lol
