Bay lake tower waitlist

Currently waitlisted for Bay Lake Tower studio lake view for Sunday January 19th. One night stay. It’s a holiday weekend though. Do I have a chance or would I be better off figuring something else out?

My wife and I live in central Florida. When we visit Disney we are only there for a night or two. In all the wait list we have done over the years I can only think of two if not three we did not get. Even though it is a holiday weekend being six months out I would hope you have a good chance. Of coures there are no guarantees, I would have a backup plan for another resort. We have in the past years wait listed the Wilderness Lodge, Poly and the Beach Club either Christmas eve or Christmas day and have gotten them.

I think your chances are excellent, especially since you are going with Lake View rather than Standard view. There are enough units that it is extremely likely that some people will be cancelling. If you are high enough on the waitlist you should get in.

Keep stalking, I got a 1 bed between Xmas and New Year by stalking at 8am ET, the waitlist never matched.

I've been trying for Std Studio 1/26, 1/27, 1/28 since my 7 mos window opened a few days ago. I was able to get 1/27 today by stalking I've wait listed the rest but I'm constantly online checking for 26th and 28th. Good luck to both of us!

I think there's an excellent chance you'll get it and I disagree with the need to stalk. I'd just let the waitlist do it's thing. If there's some other place you'd like to stay then check to see if it opens up or waitlist it. I do suggest having a backup if possible just to be on the safe side. A waitlist can be set up to replace a room you have booked.

I waitlist and am not a stalker. Three months ago I waitlisted a standard BLT studio for today, and the waitlist came through in a week. At 11 months I had booked the next two
Nights in a standard studio but our plans changed.

I got at BCV studio for the 4th and 5th with a waitlist, again not stalking, but that waitlist was made nearly 7 months out. I had BWV.

I hope you get what you want! Stalk or waitlist!
