Is there a shower and changing room at the Bay Lake Tower pool?

No, only a rest room and outdoor showers. There were showers and changing rooms at the pool at the Contemporary.....but am not sure if they closed due to the pandemic. The gym usually has showering facilities, but I have not been to the gym at the Contemporary, so can’t say for sure.

I was just at the Contemporary Gym this past weekend. They have a nice, colorful locker room attached to the gym on the 3rd floor- certainly appropriate for changing. I don't recall seeing showers per se, but I wasn't looking for them either. I would bet $$ they were present too.

Contemporary gym definitely has showers. About 3 years ago we were staying on the 14th floor of Bay Lake Tower when the water system failed and the higher floors had no running water for a few hours one morning. Hotel management told us to go to the Contemporary gym to shower (3 from our group did; we took bodywash and shampoo from our room but they had the wall-mounted dispensers in the shower stalls) and they put a $200 credit on our account to compensate for the inconvenience. No working toilets either, so we used the restrooms near the lobby on our way out for the day. Everything was fixed by the time we came back late in the afternoon.

The showers at the Kidani and Jambo pools were operational in August 2021.
