Bay lake tower or Saratoga Spring tree house

Bay lake tower has its aurora: mono rail and close to the park. But don't be fascinated by theme park view as you might not stay at the room most of time.
Tree house Vila has three bedrooms with bunk bed and patio under the tree, points per night less than two bed room Bay lake tower.

So pro: tree house, private setting under the tree and spacious rooms for kids. Con: need another shutter bus to connect the welcome center of Saratoga Spring. But additional cost of Lyft might mitigate the rush hours.

Bay lake tower more similar to Hilton theme that actually might be con.... Pro refers to the first point above.

Anyway, have a great vacation on either!

BLT has a king bed in master bedroom which is a plus we enjoy. (I don’t know if the Tree House villas have washer/dryer.) The additional bathroom in the living room area makes it nice for anyone sleeping there. Hoping they add the Murphy bed in the living room when they refurbish next year. Also, walking to/from MK is definitely an asset!

Really depends on your group. One of our best trips ever was in a treehouse but our boys were teens and we walk EVERYWHERE so the distance to SSR didn't phase us. We also loved a BLT trip when the boys were younger (early teens) and their first trip going to a park without us (they LOVED the Keys to the Kingdom game). I believe we had a car rental for the treehouse trip but not positive...might be something to check prices on.
