Bay Lake Tower and Online ADRs

Since BayLake Tower isn't in the list, can you still make ressies online or do I have to call?? That seems so unfair to allow people a full hour early just because of Disney's mistake?

The contemporary is on the list- what restaurants are in BLT - thought they were all in the CR- Wave, Chef Mickey's, Cali,

I'm so sorry, I wasn't very clear.

What I mean is that since BLT is not on the list, how can I retrieve my reservation? Since it is not on the list, can I not use the online system since I can't retrieve my ressie?

It's a relatively new system glitch. I was able to link my BLT ressie to my dining for 90+10 last week...this week there is a glitch and you can't. They're working on it... call if you need the ressies ASAP.

I'm not sure what glitch everyone is talking about - I used my BLT ressie to make online ADR's about 3 weeks ago & had no problems...maybe it's something temporary?

It's a change that was just put in about a week ago. When pulling up your reservation confirmation # it asks for the resort you're staying at and Bay Lake Tower is not included in the drop down menu.

Wow now THAT'S frustrating! I do remember having to choose my resort & BLT was on the very bottom of the list about 3 weeks ago. Sorry they're having a glitch now!

This sounds like a problem with the WDW website because they added Bay Lake Tower onto the Resort section well before it opened, so they should have it down when making ADR's and listing it as the location you are staying at.

Uhg... They're killing me. We're staying at Bay Lake Tower too and I got up at 5:30 this morning to make my ADR's... Now BLT isn't on the list....

I know - it's so frustrating. I called promptly at 6 this am and still on hold. I was hoping they would have had the on line fixed for BLT by now. Sure wish I had a headset for my home phone.

I'm still on hold too. My DH keeps comig into my office and just shakes her head!!!

Sooooo frustrated. Finally got off hold after 31 minutes to find out I'm 1 day early. We're staying at friends house on Dec 5th but checking in at BLT on the 6th. I guess I do this all again tomorrow. I guess I was just thinking 3 months out instead of 90 days.

I called Technical Support and they told me to call back if it isn't fixed by Wednesday. My ADR date is Sunday. They told me I shouldn't be able to see the +10 days out yet because my ADR isn't here yet. Well fine I understand that, but it should at least still be able to recognize my reservation code and since BLT isn't a selection it isn't recognizing it. I called Disney Dining. They have NO clue what is going on. I called Member services about it and they said it was glitch that they were definitely working on. Yeah well while they are working out on it BLT guests are getting short changed on booking their ADRS early. It is soo frustrating.

Sure hope they get it fixed for you. I didn't have a good experience this am. Starting called before they opened, finally got through, said "reservations" (very clearly mind you) and they transferred me to "information on individual restaurent" and then said they were closed. Had to hang up and call back. It's 6:02 now and told wait should be less than 10 minutes. Answered at 6:20 and of course nothing avail for Candlelight Processional at Le Cellier on 12/9 at any time. Finally got resv at Rose & Crown for Candle Proc and was able to get a lunch at Le Cellier on Fri 12/11. I was able to get most of the others even though the times were off. If they ever get BLT back on the on-line reservations I'll keep trying to get times I really want.
