Bay Lake table bench.

Is the padded bench at the table wide enough to sleep on?

I've stayed there before but can't remember. Two of our teens don't want to share the pullout couch and our younger one is in the chair...so I was wondering if the bench would be sleepable with a sleeping bag or something.

You cant tell from that pic but the little piece of seat on the far right is moveable. Also the footrest for the couch is soft on top. You can get as many extra sheets, pillows and blankets from housekeeping as you need. For a kid he will probably think it fun too.

The kitchen areas have different layouts for inside the C and outside the C. Inside the C doesn't have stools at the island. There might be a little less room between the table and the island. And the bench is a bit narrow. If they can't share the sleeper sofa (and it's queen sized), maybe one should stay home. Or the younger kid gets to share the sleeper sofa and the larger of the other two has the sleeper chair.

Or make the two older kids (who won't compromise) buy an inflatable mattress.

The living room area is pretty spacious, I think a sleeping bag would work on the floor, the bench seems like a tight fit and a good place to accidentally hit their head on the table. I totally get kids not wanting to share a bed. I would never with my brother when I was little and my two step daughters would never share either. You could also build a pillow line down the bed to divide it up

We did a band trip a few weeks back and I was a chaperone. Those kids didn't want to share a bed, but I hated the thought of them sleeping on the floor. So I just bossed them, told them I was making an executive decision and we built an impenetrable pillow wall between the kids on the bed. The kids in my group were the most rested. lol The rest of those kids were sleeping in bathtubs and all kinds of weird places lol

My boys haven't been willing to share a bed since they were probably 11 and 9 or so (now 18 and 16). If we have to stay in a hotel now, we just take an air mattress.
